We are on the hunt for a Customer Marketing Marketer who wants to join a rapidly growing business to create an exceptional customer marketing strategy, focusing on CRM & E-mail. Responsibilities:
- Map out the customer journey & customer marketing strategy
- On-boarding new customers, New forms, workflows
- E-mail marketing
- Building new forms, fields, queues and workflows for the customer journey
- Building relationships, testing the best time to reach them
- Innovative offers to keep our customers loyal
- Development of the CRM system
- Work closely with the wider marketing & digital team
