Being the clinical Lead you will be responsible for creating complex care plans whilst training and leading carers and staff to deliver these to the best of your ability. Responsibilities
- Genuine passion for delivering high standards of care and be committed to really making a difference to your client’s lives.
- Excellent communication skills are key to this role, assessing needs of the clients.
- Managing the package of care for a range of clients with varying requirements.
- Recruiting and inducting Support Workers / Carers.
- Delivering training to your team.
- Keep up to date with new techniques & training.
- Be the lead in key meetings such as the NHS.
Requirements
- Nurse PIN Number.
- Confident to lead on meetings & train new staff.
- Previous experience of managing rota’s, either within a complex care or care environment.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Experience of working with both adult and children who have life‑limiting, complex conditions. An up to date NMC registration is required.
Clinical Skills
- Enteral Feeding.
- Respiratory management including tracheostomy and ventilation.
- Cough Assist.
Package
- 30‑35 per hour (24 hours) depending on experience.
- Pension and contributory pension.
