You will oversee a contract based on commercial property related services, working alongside a team of highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals, and help to deliver exceptional services for clients within the commercial and property sectors. Requirements for this role
- Experience in operations management
- Experience working alongside third party contractors, builders and suppliers
- CPD in Health and Safety
- Flexible working required, including occasional weekends and bank holidays
- Fit into the company culture and mission
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Managing projects simultaneously, working well within tight deadlines and under pressure
- Budget management prior experience
Package
- £26K, depending on experience
- Salary increase after probation
