HAB Law is expanding its highly regarded Court of Protection Health & Welfare team due to continued growth and increasing demand across the country. We are now seeking a number of talented and committed Court of Protection Fee Earners to join our specialist team. We also have a strong requirement for Supervising Solicitors, especially those with experience supervising both qualified and non-qualified staff, to support the continued growth and development of our team. This is an exciting opportunity to undertake meaningful, complex and rewarding legal work within a supportive, forward-thinking firm that values expertise, compassion and career development. The role: You will join a highly regarded Court of Protection team and manage your own varied caseload of Health & Welfare matters, including complex cases involving vulnerable individuals.
