HAB Law is an award-winning and rapidly growing law firm specialising in Court of Protection, Health & Welfare matters. Due to continued expansion and increasing demand, we are seeking a Court of Protection Fee Earner (Health & Welfare). Candidates who are also Mental Health Panel Members or actively seeking this accreditation are sought to join our specialist team.
This is an excellent opportunity to undertake meaningful and complex legal work while developing your career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm. We are also particularly seeking candidates based in or able to cover the North East (Newcastle), North West, Southwest, and London regions due to increasing demand in these areas. We also have a strong requirement for Supervising Solicitors, particularly those with experience supervising both qualified and non-qualified staff, to support the continued development and expansion of the team.
