Hab Law is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join its Domestic Abuse team in Watford.
You will take initial client instructions, draft urgent court applications (Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders), and prepare witness statements and supporting evidence.
You will manage Legal Aid funded matters, liaise with courts, police, and interpreters, attend hearings when required, and maintain accurate case files.
