Hab Consult works closely with investors and developers, offering tailored property consultancy services with a focus on providing commercial advice and pragmatic solutions.
This is a part-time / full-time hybrid role for a Building Surveyor at Hab Consult. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting building surveys, project management, dilapidations assessments, and other building surveying tasks. The role is based in the London area however the candidate will travel all over the UK, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Building Surveying and Dilapidations skills
- Experience in conducting Condition Surveys and Feasibility Studies
- Knowledge of Contract Management
