Role Description
This is a part-time / full-time hybrid role for a Building Surveyor at Hab Consult. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting building surveys, project management, dilapidations assessments, and other building surveying tasks. The role is based in the London area however the candidate will travel all over the UK, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Building Surveying and Dilapidations skills

Experience in conducting Condition Surveys and Feasibility Studies

Knowledge of Contract Management

Experience in the field of building surveying

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and report writing skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Relevant certification or degree in Building Surveying or related field
