We are currently seeking a customer service professional to join us as a Customer Account Co-Ordinator (Derby).

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Customer Account Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for order book review, making sure it is up to date to ensure we are matching performance with output; you will perform root cause analysis and investigate any delays and investigate them accordingly. In addition to this you will liaise with our customer (Rolls Royce) and internal stakeholders to ensure aerospace parts are moved through our Supply Chain to reach the customer in a timely manner.

About You

You will be proactive, manage your own time, have excellent attention to detail; be resilient, with an ability to work confidently using your own initiative. Understanding and actioning the customer requirements will be at the heart of everything you do. Knowledge of using ERP/MRP systems and Intermediate excel skills (pivot tables, vLookups and charts) are a must for this role.
