General Summary
This position reports to the Financial Controller or their designee; is located in Banbury, UK.
This role plays a significant part in financial reporting and tax compliance for the Haas F1 Team group entities.
Key Responsibilities
Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.
Timely production of management reporting including but not limited to fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, payroll etc.
Balance sheet reconciliations with accurate supporting documentation.
Calculation and processing of intercompany recharges.
Quarterly reconciliations between Haas Formula Italia\’s statutory ledgers and management reporting.
Preparation of detailed audit schedules for annual statutory audits.
Act as the primary point of contact and take responsibility for completing or overseeing tax-related tasks alongside the Financial Accountant in the following areas:
UK VAT returns
Italian tax compliance
Driver withholding tax returns
R&D tax credit claims
