This role reports to the Lead Data Analyst or their designee and is based in Banbury, UK. The role supports the delivery and contribution of departmental and organisational objectives. Responsible for supporting day‑to‑day operations within their area of responsibility, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high standards of service, compliance, and performance. Key Responsibilities
Role‑Specific Responsibilities
- Maintain, support, and iterate on existing Power BI reports, Power Apps, and Power Automate flows to ensure continued reliability and performance.
- Respond to and resolve internal reporting tickets, troubleshooting issues with existing solutions and delivering fixes within agreed timescales.
- Assist in the development of end-to-end operational reporting to support car build efficiency, providing clear and actionable data to the trackside and factory teams.
- Write, query, and maintain SQL‑based data sources, supporting accurate and timely data pipelines that feed into reporting solutions.
- Support the Lead Data Analyst in scoping and delivering reporting improvements across facilities, contributing to a scalable and efficient data infrastructure.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or equivalent in relevant field such as STEM, analytics or another quantitative discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or motorsport environment (preferably Formula 1).
- Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Power BI, including report building, DAX, data modelling and Power query.
- Hands‑on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tickets simultaneously in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to translate data findings into clear, accessible outputs for non‑technical stakeholders.
