HAAS Alert is a road safety technology company on a mission to build a connected, collision-free world. Our Safety Cloud platform sends real-time digital alerts to drivers, connected vehicles, and navigation apps, warning approaching traffic 30 to 90 seconds before they reach an emergency scene or roadside incident. We work with emergency services, highways agencies, road maintenance operators, recovery fleets and governments across the US and Europe. Our technology is live and deployed, not a pilot, not a proof of concept. We are in growth mode, and we are building the team to match.

HAAS Alert EMEA is a fast-growing, commercially driven team with a strong pipeline across the UK and Europe. As we move into a new phase of scale, we are building out the technical delivery and solutions capability to match our commercial momentum. We have significant programme delivery commitments across the UK and Europe, and a growing need for in-region technical expertise to support both delivery and the sales cycle. This role provides the technical depth to walk through them.

This role fixes both problems. You will own delivery across our most significant European programmes, while also providing the pre and post-sales technical support that accelerates deals across the wider EMEA pipeline. It is not a linear role. It sits across programme delivery, solutions engineering, and technical account management. But if you have the right background and the right mindset, it is a genuinely exciting opportunity to shape what HAAS Alert looks like in Europe over the next two to three years.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of major European programmes, coordinating across emergency services, highways, and public sector clients alongside integration partners and internal HAAS Alert stakeholders.
  • Manage customer relationships in-region during delivery phases, across the UK and Europe.
  • Be the face of HAAS Alert with customers during delivery phases - on-site when needed, credible in a room with technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Establish SOPs, go-live processes, and ongoing customer support frameworks across live deployments.
  • Manage internal HAAS Alert stakeholders alongside external partners and customer teams.
  • Jump on technical qualification calls to answer the 'how does this work' questions that sit between the biz dev pitch and the signed contract.
  • Support integration queries - connectivity, telematics platforms, hardware options, data flows - in-region and in the right timezone.
  • Act as the bridge between European opportunities and HAAS Alert's US technical team, reducing turnaround time and deal friction.
  • Support more complex deals by providing technical credibility alongside the commercial lead.
  • As programmes mature, shape what technical delivery and solutions engineering looks like across EMEA.
  • Be a founding contributor to a function that will grow with the business - and potentially with you leading it.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in the emergency services technology supply chain - telematics, connectivity, control room systems, fleet infrastructure, or similar.
  • Proven delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving public sector clients.
  • Technically literate - confident holding a room with an IT lead or operations director, but not expected to be a deep engineer.
  • Commercially aware - understands the relationship between technical delivery and business outcomes, even without a sales quota.
  • Desirable: Second European language.

Mindset (these are non-negotiable)

  • Scale-up mentality. You are comfortable with ambiguity and energised by building, not just operating.
  • Ownership. You resolve problems before escalating them. You come with solutions, not just problems.
  • Resilience. You will have easier days and hard days. You show up for both.
  • Mission alignment. You believe in what HAAS Alert is trying to do. Road safety is not a box to tick, it matters to you.
  • Autonomy. You are comfortable working independently and do not need a defined structure around you to perform.

This role will not suit you if...

  • You have only worked in large corporate environments and rely on defined escalation paths and structured support.
  • You are looking for a pure project management role with no customer-facing or technical dimension.
  • You are a pure salesperson looking to move into a more technical environment without genuine delivery experience.

Why Join HAAS Alert

  • Real technology, live deployments, measurable impact on road safety.
  • A lean, ambitious EMEA team where your contribution is visible and your influence is real.
  • Genuine ownership of a function from day one - not a role that fits neatly into a hierarchy.
  • The opportunity to shape how HAAS Alert scales across Europe over the next two to three years.
  • A mission you can get behind. Every alert we send is a potential life saved.
