The Spicerhaart Group is seeking an experienced Estate Agent to manage their own branch in Woodbridge.
Location: Woodbridge (must live in or near the local area)
Accountable to: Area Partner

- £25,000 to £27,500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience

Role Purpose:
Provide a full, end‑to‑end estate agency service – from valuation to completion – for your local customers, while building your own brand and client base with flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a local heartland branch, generating your own leads and marketing your personal brand
- Provide a personalised estate agency experience from valuation through to completion
- Use the company’s technology, marketing, and lead‑management support to maximise sales performance
- Maintain compliance with all UK estate‑agency regulations and relevant legislation
- Collaborate with local branch hub teams for support and best practices
Qualifications:
- Proven success as an estate agent or related role
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build a local client base
- Excellent marketing, sales, and customer‑service skills
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK, with evidence such as a passport or birth certificate
