We are seeking a driven and professional Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our successful team at haart Estate Agents in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of work experience (customer-facing or sales-based preferred) who is looking to build a long-term career in property sales. Full industry training will be provided. You will work alongside experienced negotiators and managers, learning the full sales process while contributing to the branch’s performance. While previous estate agency experience is beneficial, it is not essential. Candidates must, however, have at least two years of professional work experience and a strong interest in developing a career within property sales. Ambitious, motivated, and ready to earn? What you will receive:

  • £30000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

  • Purpose-built training location

  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact:

  • Market properties to potential home owners
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
