Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre.
Purpose-built training location with industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions. Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts. Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, with breakfast, lunch, and an evening meal provided during your stay.
Responsibilities:
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
Requirements & Qualifications:
- No experience required. We are looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals with a positive attitude and strong people skills.

Salary & Hours:
£28,000 OTE per year, uncapped commission. Full-time working hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm four weekdays per week, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every Saturday.
