What you will receive

  • £28000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey and training

  • Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
  • Purpose-built training location

  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
