Responsibilities
- Liaise with vendors and buyers and coordinate property viewings
- Negotiate offers and close sales
- Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the process
- Market properties to buyers using various channels
- Generate new and repeat business while canvassing the local area
- Engage in door knocking and leaflet campaigns
- Ensure properties meet health and safety standards
Key requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
