We’re looking for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Slough branch. This is a great opportunity for a driven negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full lettings process from instruction through to move-in.

You’ll be building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering a high standard of service at every stage. Working within a supportive and ambitious team, you’ll have the chance to maximise your earning potential while developing your skills with a well-established brand.

A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator

  • Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
  • Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
  • A focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
