We’re seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Milton Keynes office. You’ll be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. - Basic salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
- Additional £8,125 earnings expected through uncapped commission
- Minimum on‑target earnings of £28,125+ per year

- Full‑time working hours: 08:30‑18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00‑17:00 (every fourth Saturday, with a day‑in‑lieu)

What you’ll be doing as a Property Manager
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
- Processing deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports
Skills and abilities
- Minimum 1+ year(s)’ previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
Driving requirements
- Must hold a valid full UK driving licence
- Licence must be for a manual vehicle – automatic licences not considered at this time
