We’re recruiting an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in Coventry, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The position involves managing maintenance requests, tenancy agreements, and compliance requirements while delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants. Benefits
- £27800 to £32480 OTE dependent on experience, consisting of Basic salary of £20000 to £27500 per year and £4,980 additional earnings expected through uncapped commission scheme

- Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day‑in‑lieu)

Responsibilities
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues
- Processing deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports
Training
- Purpose‑built training location
- Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions
- Day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts
- Fully‑paid hotel stay during training
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during stay
Skills and Abilities
- Minimum 1+ years’ previous experience in a Property Manager role
