We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career in property management, with a full career path and support provided.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Handling deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports
Training
- Purpose‑built training location
- Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions
- Day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts
- Fully‑paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
Skills and Abilities
- Minimum 1+ years previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills

- Must hold a valid full UK driving licence for a manual car; automatic licence not accepted.
