haart Estate Agents in Swindon are looking for a Property Management Manager to head up our local team and oversee a busy portfolio of residential properties. The role requires prior experience in both property management and team leadership within the sector. You\’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance, supporting your team, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. A strong grasp of lettings legislation and the ability to manage people and processes effectively are essential.

What you\’ll be doing as a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Swindon

  • Managing a team of property managers at our Swindon and Bristol offices, splitting your time equally between the two locations
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
  • Property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
