What you'll be doing as a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Lincoln
- Managing a team of property managers.
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
- Property inspections

- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
