haart Estate Agents are looking to appoint a skilled Property Management Manager to oversee our residential property portfolio and support our property management team in Taunton, Torquay and Plymouth. Applicants must have prior experience in managing both residential properties and a team of property managers. This role is central to ensuring effective operations and delivering a consistently high level of service. A solid knowledge of current property regulations and excellent leadership abilities are required.

What you'll be doing as a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Taunton:
- Managing a team of property managers across our Taunton, Torquay and Plymouth offices.
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
- Property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Taunton:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
