Spicerhaart Corporate Sales is the dedicated Asset Management division of the Spicerhaart Group. Based in Blackpool, we manage and sell properties on behalf of a wide range of corporate clients across the UK.

• The current basic starting salary of £24,570 per annum plus monthly and annual bonus scheme giving on OTE of £26,500. In 2026 the salary will be increasing in line with the Real Living Wage to £26,227 giving an OTE of £28k+

• Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm, (no weekends or Bank Holidays)
