Start your property career with haart Estate Agents in Northampton. We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. Compensation & Benefits
- £28000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full‑time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
- 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays*)

Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual or automatic car
- Must provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting with us.
