Compensation & Benefits

  • £28000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full‑time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
  • 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays*)

Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

  • Must have access to your own vehicle
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual or automatic car
  • Must provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting with us.
  • Before starting with us, you may need to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme if you voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment.
