We’re seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Newport office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. What you’ll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Newport:

  • Booking and conducting property inspections.
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties.
  • Deposit returns.
  • Resolving rental arrears.
  • Processing eviction requests.
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Managing complaints.
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, including full inventory reports.

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Newport:

  • Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role.
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • Good telephone manner.

Driving Requirements:
