Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and branches throughout the property transaction.
  • Register client details and maintain accurate records.
  • Chase key stakeholders – mortgage advisers, solicitors, buyers, vendors, surveyors and other relevant parties – to ensure a smooth completion.
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale, including identification, mortgage agreements and insurance policies.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, communicating and updating all stakeholders to keep each move on track.
  • Persistently follow up on pending tasks and cycle documents until the completion is secured.
  • Demonstrate a passion for our values and processes, continuously learning and improving your property knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the team, supporting colleagues and striving for collective success.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Demonstrable success in an administrative role with a track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge of estate agency or residential lettings, and familiarity with the home‑buying process.
  • Enthusiastic learner who seeks continuous development to advance your career in the property industry.
  • Strong communication skills across email, phone and face‑to‑face interactions.
  • Effective multitasking capability, managing numerous responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (as per the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
  • Proof of right to work in the UK, e.g., passport or birth certificate.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Basic annual salary: £20,000 – £22,000 (based on experience).
  • On‑target earnings: up to £30,000 per year.
