Lettings Negotiator

Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Harborne:

Market properties to potential tenants

Arrange and conduct property viewings

Negotiate offers

Agree new tenancies

Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping

Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Salary and working hours:

£28,000 OTE per year

Uncapped commission

Full‐time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday
