You’ll inspire high-performing lettings teams, drive business growth, and ensure compliance at the highest level — all within a company that values career development, progression, and real impact. - Complete on-target earnings of £120,000+
- £40,000 to £60,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
- £3,500 for your first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline

Essential Skills of an Area Director at haart Estate Agents in North London:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Branch Manager position or higher
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
- Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
- The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
- The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
- A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads

- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
