Accountable to: Area Director of Partnerships
Compensation: £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on-target earnings. £25,000 to £27,500 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience. Uncapped commission scheme. Company car. Career ‘Start-Up’ support and bonus structure. Clear career progression opportunities.

You will deliver end‑to‑end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale, building local relationships, generating business, marketing your personal brand and offering an exceptional customer experience.
Support: Although you will work as a partner, you will receive extensive support: learning and development team, local property centre, industry‑leading technology and marketing to raise brand awareness.
