The HR Administrator provides a first class HR Administration service to our stakeholders; by undertaking a wide range of administration activities across the full employee lifecycle. Your primary focuses will be exceptional attention to detail when data inputting and working with the Administration Manager you will continuously review processes and contractual letters to ensure compliance with legislation. Due to the nature of the role a high level of confidentiality is required at all times.Following a successful induction period, you will be enrolled onto an industry recognised qualification*Responsibilities Produce and issue employment contracts and offer letters for new starters, and upload to HR systemMaintain & monitor records of staff absence due to sickness, holidays, maternity etc and administer any pay adjustments as requiredAdminister amendments to staff records and produce contractual letters e.g. pay awards, transfers and promotionsMonitor and administer maternity/paternity requestsAdminister leavers and deal with any pertinent issues e.g. training debts, holiday entitlementRespond to reference requests as requiredRaise any administration inconsistencies or areas of concern with the HR Administration ManagerProcess probationary and career reports, inputting outcome onto the HR systemProactively and continuously review process and make recommendations to improve efficiencyMaintain HR Data and documentation to a high standardProductions of basic HR reports and be competent in using The HR Database and associated systemsReview changes to terms and conditions letters and make recommendations for changeTo have a detailed knowledge of HR policies and understand the legalities around these policiesLiaise with staff at various levels, both internal and external and provide guidance on day to day administration issues and basic policy queriesAnswer telephone enquiries and follow up as necessaryExperience Required As the business needs to make decisions based on the data input into the system, it is essential the HR Administration team has a strong focus on accuracy and quality of data.At least 1 year administration experience is essentialKeen eye for detailGrade 4 or above in English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent)To have some understanding of the legal consequences related to contractual documentsExcellent IT skillsAccurate data inputting skillsAbility to prioritise and work towards tight deadlinesA team player*Terms and conditions applyEqual Opportunities At Spicerhaart, variety makes our Company DNA come to life.
