As a Lettings Area Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving success across multiple branches, supporting Lettings Managers and teams to achieve outstanding results. Reporting to the Area Lettings Director, you’ll oversee performance, compliance, customer service, and business growth while ensuring the highest professional standards are maintained.

We’re looking for a motivated and influential leader with strong multi‑branch lettings experience, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of current lettings legislation. You’ll be confident managing remote teams, developing talent, driving KPIs, and building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

What’s on offer for you as a Lettings Area Manager?

  • £33,000 - £37,000 basic salary, dependant on experience
  • £90k + complete on target earnings
  • Uncapped commission
  • A company car on your first day, or a monthly car allowance
  • Dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development
  • Full‑time working hours 8:30am‑6:00pm Monday‑Friday
