We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established team in Earley, where proven knowledge of residential property management and client care is essential. This role is ideal for a confident professional who maintains high standards of service and compliance at all times. What you’ll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Earley:
- Booking and conducting property inspections.
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties.
- Deposit returns.
- Resolving rental arrears.
- Processing eviction requests.
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Managing complaints.
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports.
