About the role
Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training in Colchester
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
Training & Development
Throughout your role you will receive continued training and development, with close support from your mentor.
Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual or automatic car

Working hours
Full-time: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
Salary & Commission
£28,000 OTE per year
