We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Harborne office, helping to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You’ll handle everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants. What you'll be doing as a Property Manager:
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues
- Processing deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports
Training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purpose‑built training location
- Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions
- Day‑to‑day learning led by our industry experts
- Fully‑paid hotel stay for the duration of training (including breakfast, lunch and evening meals)
The skills and abilities required:
- Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
Driving Requirements:
- You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car (automatic‑only licences are not accepted)
