Join us as a Trainee Property Agent at haart Estate Agents. As part of the Lettings team, you will provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants on a daily basis. Enroll in the Spicerhaart Training Academy to develop the skills necessary to become a successful Property Agent.

Salary & Working Hours

  • £28,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full‑time hours: 8:30 am – 6 pm Monday–Thursday, 9 am – 5 pm Saturday

Training Journey

Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester: purpose‑built location, industry‑leading training, one‑to‑one and group sessions, daily learning with experts, fully paid hotel stay, and meals provided.

Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Continue training and development with support from a mentor
