A day in the life of a Sales Negotiator:
- Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
- A focus on generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area
- Door knocking and leaflet dropping
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
