We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Bristol office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and more. - Basic salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience

Responsibilities
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports
Skills and Abilities
- Minimum 1+ years’ previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
Driving Requirements
You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. Automatic‑only licences are not accepted at this time.
