You’ll be at the heart of our Walthamstow branch, working side‑by‑side with the Branch Manager to drive performance, inspire a high‑energy team, and turn opportunity into results. - Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
- Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Assist the team to successfully achieve KPIs
- Provide support to colleagues in the manager’s absence
- Focus on generating new and repeat business
- Canvass the local area
- Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
- Maintain a risk‑averse approach and comply with all regulatory bodies’ standards
