Haart Estate Agents Walthamstow is seeking a driven, ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to join one of East London’s most dynamic and fast‑moving property markets. You’ll be at the heart of our Walthamstow branch, working side‑by‑side with the Branch Manager to drive performance, inspire a high‑energy team, and turn opportunity into results. From expanding a thriving lettings portfolio to building lasting client relationships that fuel repeat business, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the branch’s growth and reputation.

Day in the Life

  • Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
  • Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Assist the team to successfully achieve KPIs
  • Provide support to colleagues in the manager’s absence
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvass the local area
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
  • Maintain a risk‑averse approach and comply with all regulatory bodies’ standards

Essential Skills

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
