The Role
In this fully employed position, partners operate under a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. Partners provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support
Partners receive extensive support from learning and development teams, local property centres, technology and industry‑leading marketing, and concierge telephony support.
Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale.
- Build and maintain a local customer base.
- Generate business through marketing and personal brand development.
- Deliver customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Leverage local branch hub teams and central lead management.
Qualifications
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate).
- Proof of address.
- National Insurance number.
