We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer‑focused individual to join haart Estate Agents in Ipswich as a Sales Adviser. The role focuses on canvassing and prospecting for new business, lead generation and market share expansion while representing our agency in Ipswich.
Responsibilities
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly business targets.
- Act as custodian of Spicerhaart Ways for valuation generation activities within the branch.
- Communicate proactively with all valuation opportunities in the ROSIE system through high levels of outbound call volumes.
- Fulfill all call‑out campaigns targeted at properties for sale and maintain ROSIE operating standards.
- Attend the morning meeting prepared with updates on the valuation pipeline.
- Lead as Canvassing Champion, implementing a structured door‑knocking and zonal canvassing strategy.
- Engage in daily one‑to‑one meetings with your line manager to identify coaching and business development opportunities.
- Manage portal opportunities via Rightmove Opportunity Manager and On The Market Valuation Manager on a daily basis.
- Respond to intranet leads daily.
- Use ROSIE to communicate frequently with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers and close valuation opportunities.
- Generate referral business through first‑class customer engagement.
- Engage in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media, door knocking, telephone prospecting and leaflet distribution.
- Take inbound calls to ensure applicant registration and identify and close opportunities for valuations, viewings and financial services.
Qualifications
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Access to your own vehicle, which must be in good condition.
- Proof of business insurance for your vehicle.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Basic IT proficiency and keen eye for detail.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
- Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate).
Benefits
