We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer‑focused individual to join us as a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Ipswich. This role focuses on canvassing and prospecting for new business, driving new opportunities, lead generation, and increasing market share. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly business targets are met.
  • Custodian of the Spicerhaart Way for valuation generation activities.
  • Communicate proactively with valuation opportunities in the ROSIE software system through outbound calls.
  • Execute call‑out campaigns targeting properties for sale and maintain ROSIE operating standards.
  • Attend morning meetings with updates on the valuation pipeline.
  • Lead canvassing initiatives, manage door‑knocking and zonal canvassing strategy, track new listings, withdrawn properties, and generate leads.
  • Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with line manager for coaching and business development.
  • Manage portal opportunities through Rightmove Opportunity Manager and On The Market Valuation Manager.
  • Respond to intranet leads daily.
  • Communicate with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers and close valuation opportunities.
  • Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement.
  • Conduct local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media, door knocking, telephone prospecting, and leaflet distribution.
  • Take inbound calls, fulfill applicant registration, and close opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services.

Requirements

  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Access to own vehicle in good condition and proof of business insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT proficiency and keen eye for detail.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Proof of right to work (passport or birth certificate).
  • Strong communication skills, customer‑focused, professional, respectful, positive mindset, ambition, drive, and strong work ethic.

Benefits
