As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in supporting tenants and landlords throughout the rental process, using your existing experience to confidently conduct property viewings, negotiate successful agreements, and build lasting relationships within the local market. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing enquiries efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of the branch while representing the haart brand in the Ipswich community.

Compensation and Working Hours
- £25,000-£50,000 OTE per year (dependant on experience)
- Uncapped commission
- Full‑time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
