The Role
In this fully employed position, our partners enjoy the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support
This is not a self-employed position, which means we can provide our partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This includes learning and development, support from a local property centre, industry-leading technology and marketing to raise brand awareness locally.
Our Partners
The best partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand and offering customers an experience they can rave about.
