The Role
In this FULLY EMPLOYED position our Partners are given the flexibility of a SELFâEMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. You will provide an endâtoâend service for your customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support
This is not a selfâemployed position, so we can provide Partners with endless support to grow a successful business â from our learning and development team to a local property centre, technology, and industryâleading marketing to raise your brand awareness locally.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a local customer base.
- Drive business generation through marketing and personal branding.
- Provide exceptional customer service from valuation to completion.
- Manage your own diary and offer customers support at times that suit them.
