Accountable to: Area Director of Partnerships.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on-target earnings.
  • £25,000 to £27,500 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped commission scheme.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a fully employed Partner with the flexibility of a self-employed model.
  • Provide an end-to-end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale.
  • Build and manage your own customer base and local area relationships.
  • Generate business via marketing your personal brand and lead management.
  • Deliver a customer experience that you can rave about.

Qualifications:

  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Proof of right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate).
  • Proof of address and National Insurance.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to become the best Estate Agent in the local area.
  • Strong marketing, sales and customer service skills.
