Responsibilities:
- Be a fully employed Partner with the flexibility of a self-employed model.
- Provide an end-to-end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale.
- Build and manage your own customer base and local area relationships.
- Generate business via marketing your personal brand and lead management.
- Deliver a customer experience that you can rave about.
Qualifications:
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Proof of right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate).
- Proof of address and National Insurance.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to become the best Estate Agent in the local area.
- Strong marketing, sales and customer service skills.
