Join Our Leading Estate Agency as a Senior Branch Manager in Dartford, Kent. We’re looking for a forward-thinking, driven, experienced, and inspiring Senior Branch Manager to lead our dynamic team in Dartford. At the heart of this role is leadership – you will motivate and manage a talented team of negotiators and listers, creating a high-performance culture that delivers results. You’ll bring fresh ideas, a growth mindset, and the confidence to drive our branch to continued success in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
- Coach the team to achieve KPI’s
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance (including conducting one-to-one meetings)
- Encourage team development and progression
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiate offers and agree sales
- Ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

Essential Skills
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
