Sales Negotiator Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
