In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the sales journey — liaising with prospective vendors and buyers, arranging viewings, and using your negotiation skills to agree successful sales. Responsibilities
- Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
- Generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
